Copiague Harbor is a Residential "A" waterfront community located on the south shore of Long Island, New York with approximately 264 homes. It has its own private beach and marina which is available to members of the Great South Bay Estates Homeowners Association (GSBEHA). The GSBEHA is managed by an elected Board of Directors who is responsible for collecting dues and assessments in order to maintain the private beach and marina facilities.
